Annual Giving

The high caliber education children receive from Neil Cummins Elementary and Hall Middle School is due in large part to the generous contributions made to SPARK, year after year.

Through the annual support of our community, children in the Larkspur-Corte Madera School District can still experience important music, art, science, technology, and library programs that many kids in California no longer receive due to drastic state budget cuts. SPARK needs your help to raise $1.2M in funding this year to keep these programs in our schools, thus preserving the high quality of our children’s educations.

The cost per child for a well-rounded, quality education is $9,473. The district’s revenue sources per child equal $8,229. That’s a $1,244 per student shortfall! SPARK needs your help to do as a community what our country and state cannot.

Please consider making a FULL SHARE donation of $800 or more per student in the district. Please give as generously as you are able. SPARK relies on 100% participation of district families. Every single donation—of any amount—really does make an impact.

Involve Your Extended Families

SPARK programs rely on donations from all of the people who care about the education of a student at Neil Cummins Elementary and/or Hall Middle School. This includes students’ immediate families, as well as their extended families.

Please consider sharing with SPARK the names and addresses of grandparents and other special friends and family members who might be interested in making a gift to SPARK in honor of their special student(s).
