We need your donations to help make Cinco de Mayo a success! Please consider approaching a friend, neighbor or service provider you frequent...you would be surprised how willing most people are to donate an item or service knowing they are making a positive impact on our schools in this great time of need. "YOU did that!!!"
This is your opportunity to be part of the group behind the grandest SPARK fundraising bash and gain valuable decorating skills that you can use well past the big day! The 2012 Auction Party Committee is looking for 8 Assistant Leads, as well as several Decor Team members who will be taught to make specific design elements involving this year's theme "Cinco de Mayo!"
The Assistant Leads will be in charge of a small group of Decor Team members and work on specific projects that only require a total of 6 - 8 hours to complete within 2 months. With a couple of lessons and personal guidance from the Decor Lead, you will be amazed at how easy and fast you can create huge realistic flowers, impressive table centerpieces, attractive sign boards, or parts of - yes - Mexican ruins for stage props! After one meeting/decor lesson, you and your team members can work on your assigned project at a decor-making party, or at each individual's pace in the comfort and privacy of his/her home. On Auction day, we'll have an extreme makeover edition of our own, where you and your team will be provided with a detailed plan on how to decorate your assigned area.
