Cinco De Mayo is May 5, 2012 at Mt Tam Racquet Club

It's a Fiesta to Remember! Before we head South of the Border, we're looking for help in the following areas:

• Database Head:  Ready-Set-Auction is the program we are using again this year. This person will work with auction co-chairs and lead a team of volunteers to handle all data entry, check-in and check-out, credit card payment processing and all other aspects of auction function.  

• Solicitations Committee Members:  Come join a fun auction team with a rewarding outcome! Our Solicitations team is looking for new members to secure great auction items through our internal leads, previous donors and your personal connections.  You will be surprised at how easy it is to get businesses, parents, friends and co-workers to donate to this annual event.  Please join this great group of go-getters! It's a fun job with lots of support, and a key component to our successful fundraiser. Contact Lisa Wasden at lisainmarin@gmail.com so we can schedule our first meeting in January.

• Decorations Team Members - a great way to share your creative energy by helping us design a festive Cinco de Mayo party atmosphere!

Each of these roles can be filled as a team, so feel free to buddy up with a partner and join NOW - thank you!
